Our suggestion
No doubt that iPhone 4S is an amazing Smartphone and there are many features those are improved in iPhone 4S. Both Smartphones have dual core processor but Galaxy Nexus has a little more powerful processor. Galaxy Nexus has also i inches larger screen than iPhone 4S. But iPhone 4S has 8 MP camera while Galaxy Nexus has only 5MP camera.
If you are a iPhone supporter then you do not need to leave iPhone and should buy iPhone 4S because it has all essential and powerful features those iPhone 4 do not have. But if you are not an iPhone lover than you must go with Galaxy Nexus because it has much better features if we exclude camera quality.
